Position description
The Fertilizer Market Developer and Trader will be responsible to develop the Platform in Indonesia as a first step, and later in other Asian countries. Main focus will be the launch of the Fertilizer Activity in Indonesia, coordinating all related legal, organizational, trade and execution developments.
Areas of responsibility/Role:
- Responsible for implementing all formal requirements for local Fertilizer Distribution
- Responsible for develop the organization for trade Fertilizers (HR, IT, accounting, etc.)
- Responsible for sales and trades on the area
- Maintain and develop strong relations with external suppliers and internal and external customers.
- Development of new and innovative supply/marketing alternatives

Experience
- Min. 3-5 years (in managerial level) experience in Trading of commodities (prefer in fertilizer area) within Indonesia
- Knowledge in business practices and cultures, like international contracts and shipping
- Understanding of markets and credit risks

1. IAFCP Operations Manager (based in Jakarta)
This position reports directly to the Facility Manager, has responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day management of procurement, finances, operations, asset management, security, administration, and human resource management for the IAFCP. This includes ensuring that all activities approved by the Partnership Office (PO) are contracted and implemented, and that all aspects of operations, administration, logistical and other support is provided to the P0, and through the PO, the Steering Committee.
2. KFCP Field Activity Director (based in Kapuas-Kalimantan)
This position reports to the KFCP Coordinator and IAFCP Facility Manager, and works as the technical counterpart to the KFCP Operations Manager. The KFCP FAD may be delegated activity approval authorization in the absence of the FCP Coordinator, but will need to work with the KFCP Operations manager who will retain financial and operational authorisation.
