Handle complaints in a timely and effective manner, records and escalates as required
Quality awareness – Food, Beverage, Maintenance, Service, Grooming, Set ups etc
Sets goals & focuses for its execution, result oriented, creative, innovative
Good F&B knowledge (specially handling Chinese weddings),Food safety
Open minded, takes feedback well, provides timely feedback
Multi project management and flexible with shifts and long hours work
Liaison with other department specially catering sales, chefs, engineering, security & housekeeping, supports all
Strong vendor management skills
Previous Banquet Manager experience in a 5 star hotel.
