HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, INDONESIA

Reporting to the HR Director, Asia Pacific Region, you will be responsible for leading HR functions in Indonesia and be accountable for the success of AP-wide projects and initiatives. You will work with regional HR and business leaders to implement and administer human resources policies and programmes; manage and coordinate administration of all required HR processes while complying with regional as well as local government requirements. and ensuring effective HR practices within the organisation. You will also be reqUired to analyse and prioritise organisational and people-related needs through talent resourcJng and retention. performance management, succession planning and competitive reward systems as well as other initiatives, coordinating and driving staffmg and right-sizing processes throughout the region.

You should hold a professional qualification in Human Resources Management ‘With at least 5 – 7 years managerial experience in a human resources function as well as experience in supporting sales. supply chair!. and a production setup.
