PT Alam Sutera Realty – We are an established company based in Serpong is looking for intelligent and highly motivated candidates to joint our company for the position of:

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Requirements:

- Min. S1 from any major Architecture/Civil will be advantage
- Min. 5 years experiences in the same position
- Preferable from property developer or real estate company
- Familiar with government licencing ( IMB, Block Plan, etc)
- Familiar and experienced in project development both residential & commercial
- Fluent in English both written and spoken

SALES MANAGER

Requirements:

- Min. S1 from any major Architecture/Civil will be advantage
- Min. 5 years experiences in the same position
- Preferable from property developer or real estate company
- Persuasive, target oriented, good communication skill, leadership skill, strategic thinking and strong managerial skill.
- Team work and willing to work under pressure
- Fluent in English both written and spoken ( Mandarin will be advantage).

CORPORATE SECRETARY STAFF

Requirements:

- Max. age 30 years old
- Graduate from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
- Preferable from legal / finance academic background
- Have min. 1-2 years working experience
- Fluent in English both oral dan written
- Good presentation skill
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excell, MS Power Point).
