Job Specification

Position: Product Engineer

Working Location: Purwakarta (Cikampek)

Job Description:

*Control development with suppliers
*Confirm local spec can be adopted which is contribute for cost reduction
*Confirm adoption timing as scheduled
*Monitor quality of local part developed at initial stage
*Analyze and take countermeasure of concern parts related to quality and design

Requirement:

*Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
*Preferably fresh graduate (maximal 1 year experience, preferable from similar industry)
*Single, 22-24 years old.
*Understand automotive parts
*Can read technical drawing
*Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
*Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure, able to adapt easily.
*Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job

Buyer Staff

Job specification:

Position: Buyer Staff

Department: Purchasing

Working Location: Purwakarta

Job Description:

*To study localization from cost point of view base on schedule.
*To make cost reduction using purchasing tools.
*To maintain raw material, process & supplier database.
*To study the A.SOP Price adjustment.

Requirement :

*Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
*Has 1-2 years experience in the same related field
*Male, preferable single, age maximum 25 years old
*Has high analysis skill and can work under pressure
*Has good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative
*Has organization experience
*Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written

Position: Marketing and Sales Administration Staff (Outsource)

Department: Marketing and Sales

Working Location: Jakarta (MT. Haryono)

Job Description :

*Input data from vendor to system in PC
*Update sales calendar
*Update competitor price movement (make bubble chart)
*Update competitor movement (sales, program, discount, launch new model)
*Make budget report
*Update and Input polreg data

Requirement:

*Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Accounting, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
*Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
*Single, max 25 years old, preferable male
*Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
*Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Word)
*Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
