PELAYARAN TEMPURAN EMAS HRGA MANAGER Vacancy
We are containerized public listed shipping and stevedoring company looking for qualified and highly motivated candidates for the following positions: HRGA MANAGER
Requirement :
1. Male, age between 35 – 40 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree from Law, Psychology or HR Management.
3. 5 years experience in HR filed or 2 years in managerial position.
4. Expert in HR function (Recruitment Process, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management System).
5. Having experience and understand about Training Need Analysis (TNA).
6. Excellent interpersonal & communication skill and also strong analytical thinking.
7. Has achievement in implementation HR Strategy, honest, Objective, leadership skill, able to work under pressure, active, sociable and responsible.
8. Familiar with software design and multimedia tools.
9. Preferable can join immediately.
