Job Vacancy – PT Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk

PT Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk is one of the big tire company, our product range is from High Performance Passenger Car Radial Tyre, Light Truck Radial Tyre and Motor cycle tyre, located at Cikarang, west Java.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

1. HRD STAFF

Qualification :

a.. Male, max 30 years old & Single preferred.
b.. University degree, Psychology or Management SDM
c.. Min. 2 years experiences in HRD fields
d.. Computer Literate is a must (MS Office)
e.. Having knowledge and familiar with Recruitment & Selection, Man Power Regulation, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Performance Management.
f.. Ability to interact and communicate with all level employees
g.. Good Analytical, Good Communication & can work under pressure
h.. Having good attitude, manner, and behavior
2. TRAINER

To develop and integrate training and development practices and solutions to meet the needs of the organization. plan, direct and deliver programs through the implementation of best-practice learning methodologies and design.

Requirements:

a.. Male, max 30 years old & Single preferred.
b.. University Degree from any discipline preferably human resource management, industrial psychology or Engineering
c.. Minimum of 2 years working experience as Training & Development Officer.
d.. Experienced to conduct training needs analysis up to evaluation of it effectiveness.
e.. Hands on experience in setting modules and facilitating training
f.. Knowing job evaluation, and competency management.
g.. Computer Literate is a must (MS Office)
h.. Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
i.. A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
j.. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
