Asian Agri Group, one of the key players in palm oil business with rapid expansion of oil palm plantations and mills in Indonesia, is currently looking for performance driven with proven track record professionals for the following roles:

Head of Legal (Based: Medan, Sumatera Utara)
- Responsible for all legal function including: corporate transactions (M&A, financing, restructuring, etc), operation and corporate documents & licenses, and litigation
- Ensure compliances and provide leadership and legal policy, procedure & administration

Requirements:
Graduate degree in law (LL.M will be an added advantage), with min 10 years of experiences from prominent law firm

Export Import Manager (Based: Marunda, Jakarta)
- Develop marketing plan align business goal and plant capability
- Build capable commercial team to ensure business success and sustainability
- Review edible oil market and develop marketing strategies for profitable growth and expansion of the company

Requirements:
Graduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or Food Technology, with min 10 years of hands on experience in marketing of Speciality Palm Oil Related product for international markets

Process Manager (Based: Marunda, Jakarta)
- Develop appropriate new product growth strategies in target and translate business goals into process objectives, plan & deliverables
- Ensures plant and process requirement are suitable to handle a particular new product to meet various customer needs.

Requirements:
Graduate degree in Chemical/Food Technology with min 10 years experience in palm oil processing, fractionation and hydrogenation (experienced in fats processing and packing for consumer market will be an added advantage)
