MercyCorps, an internatioinal relief and development organization that focuses on alleviating hardship, reducing poverty, and improving living conditions of vulnerable populations in crisis urgently searching for qualified Indonesia citizens for Urban Sanitation Project, Program Coordinator with the following qualifications:

- Detailed knowledge of urban environmental issues, and familiarity with national Indonesian government and donor driven programming relating to health and hygiene, and water supply and sanitation.
- 5-7 years of field-based experience in staff team-building, NGO capacity building and financial management.
- BA/S or equivalent in engineering, social science, economics, management, international development, or similar degree.
- History of successful inter-organizational relationship building and maintenance among varied stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in program design, monitoring, evaluation, and replication; problem solving; communication and report writing; and financial management.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
